Carnival Hooks Freshest Catch at New Seafood Corner

Catering to Australians' love of seafood, Carnival Cruise Line has introduced a new eatery which brings a taste of the sea onboard its locally-based ships Carnival Spirit and Carnival Legend.

Opening just in time for Australia Day, Seafood Corner offers a menu filled with quintessential local favourites including fish'n'chips, seafood platters and lobster rolls.

Local prawns, oysters and fresh whole fish such as barramundi, snapper and flounder will also be available to order.

"There are few things Australians love more than seafood which is why we've added this new eatery to our two local ships. We know our guests are going to love savouring a lobster roll, some prawns or a basket of fish'n'chips as they relax by the pool and enjoy their holiday at sea," Carnival Cruise Line Vice President Jennifer Vandekreeke said.

Open daily from 4pm, Seafood Corner offers a new option for tasty poolside snacks or a casual dinner.

The eatery is located on deck 9 on both ships.

Menu items are available at an additional cost.
