Carnival Corporation & plc Sale of Shares

In accordance with Carnival Corporation & plc's (NYSE/LSE: <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" />CCL; NYSE: CUK) previously announced Stock Swap (Plc Share Sale /Corp. Stock Repurchase) programme, Carnival Corporation & plc announces that on 1st July 2010 Carnival Investments Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of Carnival Corporation) sold 200,000 existing ordinary shares that it held in Carnival plc at an average price of £21.16763136 per share. The highest price received for the ordinary shares was £21.6275 per share and the lowest price received was £20.975 per share.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
