MIAMI (September 24, 2007) - Carnival Corporation & plc (NYSE/LSE: CCL; NYSE: CUK) announce that its joint current report on Form 8-K was filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on September 21, 2007 and a copy was submitted to the UK Listing Authority regarding the Retirement Agreement with Robert H. Dickinson, the President and Chief Executive Officer of Carnival Cruise Lines and a member of the Board of Directors of Carnival Corporation & plc.
